Iliza Shlesinger's latest comedy special with Netflix titled "Hot Forever" — her sixth for the streamer — has set a release date for October 11. The Avalon-produced special was filmed at the Connor Palace in Cleveland this past July.
The special was directed by Steven Paley, with Shlesinger serving as executive producer alongside Avalon's Kara Baker and David Martin. Her previous specials with Netflix include 2019's "Unveiled," 2018's "Elder Millennial," 2016's "Confirmed Kills," 2015's "Freezing Hot" and 2013's "War Paint."

Jennifer Griffin has signed a new multi-year deal to serve as Fox News Channel's chief national security correspondent.
The terms of the new deal were not disclosed.
Griffin has been in Lviv and Kyiv to cover Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and has secured interviews with Ukraine's foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba and U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. She will be honored on Saturday with the Freedom of the Media Gold Medal for Public Service Award from the Transatlantic Leadership Network.
Griffin led the network's coverage of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan and reported on the one-year anniversary last month.
Griffin joined Fox News full time in 1999 and was based in Jerusalem. having previously reported from Moscow as a freelancer from 1996 to 1999. Fox News Provides More Details On How Correspondent Benjamin Hall Was Evacuated From Ukraine

Fox News provided more details of how correspondent Benjamin Hall, severely injured in Ukraine, was evacuated from the region, over the border to Poland and ultimately to a hospital in Germany.
Last week, cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski and Oleksandra "Sasha" Kuvshynova, who was working as a freelance consultant for the network, were killed when their vehicle was struck by incoming fire near Kyiv. Hall was with them as they reported on the Russian invasion, and he is recovering at Landstuhl Medical Center.
In a segment on Monday, anchor Dana Perino credited Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and the Polish and Ukrainian Armed Forces for their assistance, as well as the group Save Our Allies. It was formed last year in response to the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan amid the U.S. withdrawal, as a way of quickly mobilizing to rescue Americans and other allies behind the border.

Fox News national security correspondent Jennifer Griffin paid tribute to Pierre Zakrzewski and Oleksandra "Sasha" Kuvshynova, the journalists who were killed in Ukraine this week, as well as to correspondent Benjamin Hall, who was seriously injured.
"The loss and pain we feel is enormous, but if ever there were a time that the world needed journalists, reporters risking their lives to tell these stories, to tell the truth, it's now," Griffin said on Special Report with Bret Baier on Tuesday (video here), holding back tears. Update, 12:43 Pm Pt: Fox News confirmed that Oleksandra "Sasha" Kuvshynova, who was working as a freelance consultant for the network, was killed along with cameraman Pierre Zakrzewsk when their vehicle was struck by incoming fire near Kyiv.
Correspondent Benjamin Hall was in the field with them and was injured.
Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott sent out a memo to staff and wrote that Kuvshynova, 24, "was helping our crews navigate Kyiv and the surrounding area while gathering information and speaking to sources. She was incredibly talented and spent weeks working directly with our entire team there, operating around the clock to make sure the world knew what was happening in her country."
A Ukrainian official, Anton Gerashchenko, had earlier announced that Kuvshynova had died. He said that they were attacked by mortar or artillery fire by Russian forces.

Tucker Carlson has for the last couple of weeks frequently talked about one of the lies Vladimir Putin has advanced to justify his unprovoked invasion of Ukraine: accusing the United States of funding biological weapons research in Ukraine. Carlson seems to believe this is true or at least possible, but it actually isn't true. In fact, what actually happened is that the U.S. has been funding efforts to safely convert old Soviet-era bioweapons labs for use in more benign purposes.

Tucker Carlson once again used his tony spot atop Fox News' primetime lineup to advance some conspiracy theories about the Russian war against Ukraine. This time it was a twofer: 1) the idea America was running secret bioweapons labs in Ukraine, and 2) that the U.S. is actually the one attacking Russia with a disinformation campaign, rather than the other way around.
Victoria Nuland, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs in the Biden administration, testified this week before the Senate and discussed biolabs in Ukraine. Right wingers say this is proof that Vladimir Putin isn't lying — and that the U.S. apparently has been funding secret weapons research in Ukraine. But as even a Fox News' own Jennifer Griffin explained tonight to Sean Hannity, "those are Soviet-era biolabs that U.S. has been engaged since 2005 in trying to help Ukraine convert the research facilities safely."

As Russian military forces continue to invade Ukraine, Fox News foreign correspondent Trey Yingst says he is focused on the "pursuit of truth" even as some of the network's top anchors minimize the situation.
"We have no direction in what we do other than pursuit of the truth and to bring the latest stories to our viewers to make people care about it," Yingst told TheWrap. "My focus every day is, 'How can I do that? How can I make people care about a story?' And in the three-and-a-half years that I've been involved at Fox, they have given me the space to report."

Chris Wallace is leaving Fox News Channel, he announced on his program Sunday morning, and will join the CNN Plus streaming-video outlet, a move that abruptly sunders the cable-news outlet's connection with one of its most recognized and independent journalists.
Wallace delivered the news himself, in the last minutes of his "Fox News Sunday," which he has anchored for nearly two decades on the Fox Corporation-owned outlet. "I want to try something new, to go beyond politics to all the things I'm interested in. I'm ready for a new adventure. And I hope you'll check it out," said Wallace. The words will be the last he utters on the program.
CNN confirmed Wallace's jump less than two hours after he announced his departure, and said he would lead a daily show during which he would interview newsmakers from the worlds of politics, business, sports and culture.

Update 5 Pm: Jennifer Griffin has fired back at President Donald Trump after he questioned her reporting. The Fox News correspondent phoned into Neil Cavuto's show on Saturday defending her "straight down the middle" reporting and her sources.
"I can tell you that my sources are unimpeachable," Griffen told Cavuto. "I feel very confident in what we have reported at Fox."
Griffin also stood by the credibility of her sources, noting that they are not anonymous to her and that she doubts "they are anonymous to the president," as well.
